Duramatic Products, a division of Rotary Corp., installed a new state-of-the-art powder coat finishing system at its lawnmower and edger blade manufacturing facility. The finishing system became fully operational earlier this year upon completion of a 10,000 sq. ft. addition to the plant in Glennville, GA. The new system replaces a wet paint application process with an advanced, completely automated powder coating system.
Duramatic Products manufactures approximately 9 million lawnmower and edger blades annually. In 1994, the company became one of the first in the industry to become ISO certified for meeting high quality standards.
