The North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) recently released its 2012 Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey, in which Kubota Tractor Corporation topped the charts across several key categories. In 10 of the 12 categories measured in the survey, Kubota received the highest scores as compared to other major manufacturers, including the top rating in the highly coveted overall satisfaction category.

The NAEDA Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey was conducted via an email survey of NAEDA-member dealers in the United States and Canada. The survey was comprised using evaluations from more than 1,900 dealers. The major manufacturer’s category included Kubota, AGCO, Case IH, Case Industrial, John Deere, New Holland and New Holland Industrial.
