Dixie Chopper, the manufacturer of The World’s Fastest Lawn Mower, has announced its entry into the Canadian market. Through this arrangement, Dixie Chopper’s full product line of commercial and residential zero-turn lawn mowers, parts and accessories will be sold and serviced by a network of certified dealers throughout Canada.
As part of its initiative, Dixie Chopper is actively seeking new, top-notch Canadian dealers to carry its product line. Customer service is a top priority, so all dealers will be required to offer service centers and have qualified technicians on staff to support Dixie Chopper’s industry-leading warranty program. “There is a high demand for productive, high-quality lawn mowers in Canada,” said Simon Wilson, president and CEO of Dixie Chopper. “We’ve had many people request our products, so this is a great opportunity for end-users and dealers alike.”
To ensure the success of its entry into Canada, Dixie Chopper has hired additional support staff. This includes a territory manager, Paul Jenkins, who is based in Ontario, and a full-time Canadian customer service representative, Joyce Hill, who currently works from Dixie Chopper’s main office in Coatesville, Indiana.
Dixie Chopper’s product line includes nine series, ranging from 19 to 54 horsepower and deck sizes from 42 to 74 inches (106.7 to 188 cm) wide. With models capable of mowing up to 6.6 acres per hour, its products are known for their distinctive stainless-steel body panels, superior cut quality at any speed, and high productivity. Dixie Chopper has also pioneered the use of alternative fuel sources, including diesel, propane and the world’s only mower powered by compressed natural gas.
