Bryant Van Meeteren Named Exmark, Spartan General Manager
Bryant Van Meeteren has been named as the new general manager for Exmark and Spartan. According to Greg Janey, group vice president, landscapes and contractor of The Toro Co. (TTC), Van Meeteren’s forward-thinking and action-oriented approach, coupled with his growth mindset, position him perfectly to lead the Exmark and Spartan brands into their next chapter.
“I’m looking forward to applying what I’ve learned from the manufacturing side of our business to help shape the future vision for these amazing brands,” Van Meeteren says. “I have deep respect for our incredibly talented and dedicated employees and channel partners, and I’m excited to work together as we take Exmark and Spartan to new heights.”
Van Meeteren has been with The Toro Co. since 2020. First hired as the director of operations at Exmark in Beatrice, he was subsequently promoted to managing director of TTC Northern Operations in 2022. There, he demonstrated his expertise in supply chain management as he led the company through a wide variety of post-pandemic supply issues.
In 2024, he was promoted to senior managing director, operations excellence. In that role, he worked to ensure efficiency and consistency in planning, manufacturing, quality, lean and materials management across TTC manufacturing locations in North America.
Van Meeteren holds a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from the University of Iowa, and a Master of Business Administration, with a focus on supply chain management, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
