Charter Makes AGCO API Integration Available
Charter Software’s ASPEN dealership management system continues to give dealers access to new electronic transactions. The latest enhancement to the program includes Phase I of AGCO Parts Integration (API). This is a new, voluntary AGCO dealer program with multiple benefits.
Currently, the API integration provides participating dealers with an automated process for submitting parts data from ASPEN to AGCO’s D2D Exchange. This a program that makes parts inventory visible between AGCO dealers to assist them with selling parts.
The second phase of the API integration with ASPEN will allow dealers to submit data to AGCO for analysis to receive stocking recommendations.
Forthcoming AGCO dealer initiatives will be included in the ASPEN AGCO Communications Interface at no additional charge.
“This integration provides dealers with functionality necessary to meet AGCO’s Dealer Excellence requirements as well as tools they need to remain competitive, streamline work flow and eliminate errors,” says Charter Software president, Anne Salemo.
