Charter Software Launches New Look, Service App
Charter Software has announced the launch of Service Queue, a new web app designed to streamline service department workflows for equipment dealers. The release of Service Queue is accompanied by a refreshed identity, as Charter Software becomes Aspen by Charter.
Both the new app and refreshed brand represent Charter’s continued investment in dealer success. While the tools and team remain the same, the refreshed look is all about making Aspen feel more intuitive and easier to use.
Service Queue gives service managers a faster, more organized way to manage their entire service department in a single view. The app offers a clear, real-time view of active work orders (including a full historical audit log), technician assignments, and job status—making it easier to stay on top of service operations from anywhere in the dealership.
Service Queue is now available for all Aspen users. Dealers will begin to see the updated branding across Aspen’s platform and channels starting this month, with more innovation to come in the months ahead.
