Diamond Mowers Hosts Dealer Demo Days, Training Events
Diamond Mowers, a manufacturer of vegetation management and roadside maintenance attachments, held its annual Dealer Demo Days and Champion Training events, two programs designed to provide hands-on learning opportunities for equipment dealers.
“A strong dealer network is built on more than inventory,” says Dacotah Buum, Sales Project Manager, Diamond Mowers. “It comes from training, shared knowledge, and the ability to help customers make informed decisions when they are investing in equipment to meet ever increasing work demands.”
Through its Dealer Demo Days and Champion Trainings, Diamond has helped dealers enhance both field knowledge and technical confidence through practical application insights. Dealer Demo Days give dealers, contractors, and equipment operators personal, face-to-face opportunities to ask application-specific questions and understand how different machines perform in land-clearing and vegetation management environments. They also create space for conversations around application fit, jobsite demands, and the operational variables that can influence performance while in the field.
A two-day course combining in-classroom and out-in-the-field instruction with hands-on training, Diamond’s Champion Trainings are held at the company’s Sioux Falls, SD headquarters and cover everything from product training and application to sales tools. Participants receive factory tours and equipment operation tips as well, providing a behind-the-scenes look at Diamond’s products while reinforcing the techniques and insights needed to better serve customers in the field.
By improving operational consistency across dealer teams, the Champion Trainings also help create a more informed customer experience for those who rely on their equipment day in and day out.
