New From Gravely: Pro-Stance Ultra Mower
The Gravely Pro-Stance Ultra is now making its way down the assembly lines of AriensCo’s Fayetteville, Tenn., production facility after first being introduced at the October 2024 Equip Expo in Louisville, Ky.
“Operators are quickly realizing the ergonomic and efficiency benefits of stand-on mowers, which is why we expect that market to grow by 10% in the next two years,” says Gravely Brand Director Patrick McQuillan. “The Pro-Stance Ultra gives serious professionals a new high-end entry point into the stand-on category through a high-performance product that strengthens their stance in terms of capabilities, business reputation, and growth potential.”
Though comfort and efficiency advantages are inherent to all stand-on equipment, the benefits of the Pro-Stance Ultra’s features stand out when powering through long days in demanding mowing environments—available with 52-, 60-, and 72-in. 7-ga. steel decks, and 15-in. caster wheels for greater cushion. The proprietary deck-lift foot pedal floats the deck over rocks, roots, and ruts, while a low center of gravity for strong stability on slopes. The Pro-Stance Ultra carries a five-year or 1,500-hour warranty and limited lifetime warranties on the deck shell and frame. Plus, the mower comes with an industry-leading 16-gal. fuel tank, and three of Gravely’s new serviceable cold-forged aluminum spindles.
“We tailored the Pro-Stance Ultra to the specifications of our customers,” adds Gravely Channel Marketing Manager Angie Ansorge. “Throughout the product’s development, we took prototypes to landscapers across the country so they could test and share their feedback. We leaned in on what they liked so we could deliver a product that meets their needs.”
Guided by customer feedback, the Pro-Stance Ultra brings 35- and 38.5-HP Kawasaki FX1000 and FX1000 EFI engines and Parker HTG transaxles into the line. That power arrangement gives the machine a top speed of 12.5 MPH.
