Kubota Announces Hometown Proud Grant Winners
Ferris is expanding its 300S series ZTR mower lineup with the return of a 42-in. deck model, giving dealers and homeowners a compact premium residential option alongside the existing 48- and 52-in. deck models.
Built to exceed expectations for a premium residential zero turn mower, the new 42-in. deck 300S brings back a compact deck size, two powerful engine options, upgraded tires and an improved seat.
Engine options include a 23hp Briggs & Stratton PXi series engine with excellent dust and air, and particle filtration and a beefed-up cylinder block structure, or a 21.5 HP Kawasaki FR651V. The model also features GrassMaster XT 20 in. tires engineered to enhance traction without damaging turf, plus an 18 in. premium cut-and-sew seat designed to improve operator comfort.
The new 300S comes with Ferris’ patented suspension, pivoting front axle and coil-over shocks. The system helps reduce the impact of uneven ground, improve the operator experience and keep the focus on getting work done.
All suspension-related components are covered by an industry-leading 10-year warranty. The engine has a three-year limited warranty and the balance of the Ferris 300S has a three-year consumer warranty and a 90-day commercial warranty.
