Brett Davis Named NAEDA CEO, Kim Rominger Retires
The North American Equipment Dealers Assn. (NAEDA) has announced the appointment of Brett Davis as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 17, 2025. With a distinguished career in leadership and a deep commitment to the equipment industry, Davis is poised to guide NAEDA into its next chapter of growth and innovation.
Davis brings a wealth of experience to NAEDA, having served in various executive roles that have strengthened dealer networks and advanced industry initiatives. His leadership will be instrumental in driving NAEDA’s mission to support equipment dealers through advocacy, education, and strategic partnerships.

In his role, Davis will focus on advancing dealer interests, strengthening industry collaboration, and fostering innovation that benefits both dealers and their customers.
Kim Rominger will be retiring in August as he supports the transition to new leadership. Best known for his decades of service and unwavering commitment to the equipment industry, Rominger was instrumental in uniting the Equipment Dealers Assn., Western, United, and Midwest-Southeastern Equipment Dealers Assns during their historic 2022 merger, helping to shape a stronger, unified voice for dealer-members.
