Segway Navimow Launches “Online to Offline" Service
Segway Navimow has introduced a new Online to Offline (O2O) service for its X3 Series robotic mowers. This offering allows customers to order their mower online and conveniently pick it up in person from a nearby authorized retailer.
The O2O model combines the speed of online ordering with the personalized benefits of in-store support. Customers can now complete a purchase on the Segway Navimow website and collect their mower locally, eliminating the need to call around or wait for shipping. Participating dealers also provide in-person demos, usage tips, and expert advice.
“Robotic lawn mowers are still a new concept for many American homeowners, so we’re focused on making the purchase experience seamless and reliable,” says Wayne Kreifels, General Manager, Segway Navimow North America. “By offering the convenience of online shopping alongside trusted offline support, we’re giving customers the confidence to adopt this transformative technology. At the same time, we’re empowering our regional retail partners with traffic-driving initiatives and marketing support to help them scale their business. Together, we hope to accelerate the adoption of robotic mowing across the U.S.”
Once the order is placed online, customers receive confirmation that their mower is ready for fast, local pickup, removing uncertainty and saving time. For customers, this reduces friction and makes it easier to bring home an X3 Series the same day. For dealers, it creates a seamless connection between online sales and their in-store service. During checkout, customers can view real-time inventory and are directed to a trusted Segway Navimow dealer that also provides after-sales support and repairs. As always, customers have access to 24/7 online assistance.
