NAEDA Launches ‘Iron Circle’ Performance Group
The North American Equipment Dealers Assn. has launched Iron Circle, an exclusive performance group for dealers who are no longer satisfied measuring themselves against average.
Iron Circle brings the right dealers into a confidential environment built around honest conversations, real performance data and meaningful accountability. It is not another meeting. It is not another class. It is where successful dealers challenge one another to become better. “Dealers don’t need more theory,” says Tom Healy, Vice President of Dealer Institute. “They need trusted peers who understand their business, experts who know how to challenge their thinking, and accountability that follows them home. That is what Iron Circle was built to deliver.”
Iron Circle Ag is built exclusively for agricultural equipment dealers. Iron Circle OPE is built exclusively for power equipment dealers. The two are never combined. Each Circle is shaped around its industry, its operating realities and the performance challenges its dealers face. No generic comparisons; no watered-down conversations; not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Every Circle is backed by Dealer Institute’s experienced trainers and dealership performance experts—professionals who understand the business from the inside and know how to turn tough conversations into action.
Participation is intentionally limited. The value of the Circle depends on having the right dealers in the room: Ambitious, open-minded and willing to be challenged.
